The East Campus Fuel Cell Project demonstrated the use of repurposed biogas from wastewater to generate clean electricity. The 2.8 MW molten carbonate fuel cell was integrated into the campus microgrid, enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability. Findings informed future biogas-to-energy projects.
